Kaduja is an investigation into contemporary bread baking practices, aiming to rekindle the tradition of homemade bread making. "Kaduja'' gets its name from the Slovenian vernacular word, representing the traditional vessel used for kneading dough. The product serves the purposes of dough rising, baking, and storage of bread. It's made of a 3D-printed ceramic bowl, complemented by a handcrafted dry goods lid.
Inspired by the pervasive issue of bread waste, which constitutes 44% of Europe's food waste. Kaduja promotes responsible consumption while preserving culinary heritage.
